These terms apply when you access or use Z AutoFlow, a workshop management software service operated by Zeydox Solution.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account and business information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter.
Plans, trials and payment
Available plan features, billing periods and prices are shown on the Plans & Pricing section before you subscribe. A 14-day trial is offered where shown; trial access does not require payment unless you choose a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or yearly period. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Access and renewal
Paid access begins after payment confirmation and remains available for the purchased billing period. The service does not promise automatic renewal unless that is explicitly presented and accepted at checkout. You can contact support to cancel or manage your subscription.
Availability and acceptable use
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, connectivity issues or events outside our control may interrupt access. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Your data and content
You retain responsibility for the data you enter, including customer, vehicle, invoice and business records. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and share that data. See our Privacy Policy for details about how account and service data are handled.
